Delete your account
Takes effect immediately and is permanent
From the app
- Open TOXN and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and all your data are permanently deleted.
Without the app
Email support@toxn.ai from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account and all associated data: your profile, assessment answers, and every reading, within 30 days, and confirm by email.
